Riuscirò a stare in piedi in autobus?

It is morning and time to get up, as I have always done for 40 years and yet every morning it is more and more difficult. I begin to stretch my feet first back and forth then clockwise and counterclockwise but I feel goa. So I decide to raise the knees to the chest but it turns out a almost like running a half marathon, then I say to myself: “ok I’ll put on sitting on the edge of the bed, then I get up and go, straight to the bathroom, I wash myself, get dressed and go at the shop at work …. ”easy to think in my superhero mind but the reality is quite another ….. clinging strongly to the sheet, the pillow to myself I can put myself sitting then I look at the socks and say it’s done. This is where my change begins, since the fateful morning when I was unable to put my socks on …. !!!! 😭 I was a young woman of 40, super sporty a triathlete of any distance from sprints (750 mt swim 20 km bike 5 km run) to my favorite race ironman (3.8 km swim 180 bike 42.2 run), a mother, wife and worker …. la classic hyperactive multitasking woman … a woman who slowly became over the months having to live with swelling, pain, stiffness without ever having given up my determination had always pushed me forward …. The fatigue every day was getting bigger and bigger as my urge to react … it was thanks to the morning of the socks that I decided to go from Dr. Luca DiCato rheumatologist of the Terni hospital. Since that visit and after a lot of blood tests, resonances, ultrasounds finally the final verdict PSIORIASIC ARTHRITIS an autoimmune disease that it had damaged my joints: I finally knew what I owed against fight …. From that moment on my life changed: I closed my shop of clothing after 16 years and I’m trying to approach a quieter life without stress …. he continued to play sports and last year I even did two ironman in three months …. it’s always hard to wake up and start the day but then once my goals are displayed I start great and after viewing the my mind all the actions I have to do, my body starts as a robot ……. During my heart races ironman 3.8 km I swim then 180 km no draft and bike finish the 42.2 km marathon, when the pain comes, the tiredness I think immediately that morning, I think where I started from, I think about the disease degenerative that would like to take me one day in a wheelchair and it is right there that I find the pleasure of moving forward and the strength to cross that finish line for hear me say: “Pamela you are an ironman” …. And then who knows maybe one day I will also be able to get to Kona’s ironman 💪😜 Who knows if I hadn’t had this disease what would have happened, maybe I wouldn’t have never found the courage to be an ironman and maybe I wouldn’t have had the courage to start chasing my dreams at 40 ……. what about starting my new life from here from psioriasic arthritis. Here is a short story about my body, my mind and the ironman. They are the cross between Spiderman and Pinocchio ….. I feel strong since I was born, full of life, happy, smiling … I feel as if I could conquer the world instantly, a woman full of energy in continuous evolution … I go to bed thinking about the hundreds of things I want do, the trips that are missing to go around the world, the races I want participate, the love I want to give, and I always have the impression that a life it will not be enough for me to reach them all “and I will live 120 years cit. Panzironi “…. I feel strong like a bodybuilder, supple like a gymnast, feisty like a lioness, powerful as a superhero: I feel like Spiderman ….. but this is all in my mind!!! I feel stiff, sore, heavy, swollen, confused …. it’s since I’ve been born that I engage in the sports that I love (swimming, running, cycling, Triathlon) without ever having results, there is always something that stops me, something that I can’t do. It prevents you from improving, something that puts a real limit ….. I think: ”as much as you can resist this body in the world ?? “It’s hard, everything is said to you, even beautiful things…. traveling has become a constant thought: will I be able to sit on the plane? Will I be able to stand on the bus? Will I be able to walk all day? I will succeed in behaving like a normal tourist? Is my life a constant question???? …… There are never certainties, I always have to wait and see what happens …. I’m trapped in Pinocchio’s body 🤥 How hard it is to make Spiderman coexist with Pinocchio in the same being ….. it is one battle continuing. Spiderman says of the ironman: “Today we do the ironman 💪, 3.8 km of swimming under the hour then 180 km of bikes in 5 hours and a half then the 42 km run in 3 and a half hours. Very fast changes and closes in 10 about hours …. this year I will try to take the slot for Kona “…… Pinocchio replies: “Today we do the ironman 😱, 3.8 km of swimming over the hour then 180 km. We hope there is little wind and climb otherwise we will exceed 7 hours and if I go down healthy and except from the bike I will try to close the marathon between jogging and walking under 6 hours …. 🤔maaaaaaa what is the time limit ??? ” Thus, this is me …. the cross between Spiderman the superhero and Pinocchio 🤥 the wooden baby !!!!
